I bought this pen assuming I would receive the only colour I have seen this site advertise in respect the Esterbrook Estie Sea Glass Fountain Pen. What I received was an extremely pale version of the colour advertised by them. When I contacted Iguana, they stated that this make and model comes in all types of shades and that those who tend to buy it ask that the correct colour be sent to them. I asked if they could replace the pen, only to be told that I would be charged £9.80 x2 for shipping. They did not take responsibility for not advising that this pen may not arrive in the colour ordered and compounded that by charging shipping fees as ‘technically’ this was not a defect. I advised I would return the pen and would like a refund. They explained I would only be charged £9.80 but on receiving notification of the refund today, they have charged £19.80. Needless to say, I won’t be using them again. They were quick in their responses but did not take responsibility for what i deem to be their mistake.
