Costumer service is great. Very easy ordering process. Pen was delivered way faster than planned. Probably a week earlier.
The pen is nice, top quality as expected from montegrappa, however, doesn’t look like the advertised picture. The pattern is different. I thought it was red and grey. The pen I received is orange and grey, also much more grey than orange,making it darker shades. There are small scratches all over the metal parts on the lid, felt like it’s a used or display one. I understand that resin differs from one pen to the other sometimes. But a bit disappointed regarding the end product.
